We offer complete administrator and end-user training catering to all levels of usability - including basic, intermediate and advanced.
Additionally, to ensure our clients continue to maximize the use of their solutions, we offer Genesis Imaging Free Training Seminars through our GIFTS Program. These ongoing online seminars provide our clients with 'tips and tricks' on using their solution and information on our latest software developments.
The primary role of our training programs is to achieve a complete "Transfer of Knowledge". This provides your organization with the flexibility to be self sufficient in maintaining and expanding your Genesis Imaging Solution.
We can provide training in a number of different environments, depending on your needs. Training sessions can be conducted onsite at the end-user's actual workstation or at our training facility in Antioch.
