Take advantage of document management software in a whole new way with our network attached document scanner, GI - CaptureStation. Simply attach the CaptureStation to the network and go – no PC workstation needed!
Users have the option to launch either the Kodak software application or the GI - CaptureStation with ‘one touch’ and can quickly choose document types to scan and keywords associated with the Document Types presented for indexing. Once documents have been scanned, a simple ‘upload to OnBase’ button is available so documents can be instantly transferred and indexed in the appropriate place.
